De-FIB-ulator: Portable Lie Detector
The De-FIB-ulator is the first hand-held low-cost voice tension detector.
After extensive research and development in labs in Singapore, Spion developed the first generation of the DeFIBulator hand-held voice tension detector. It utilizes voice tension technology to measure varying degrees of vibration in the voice. These vibrations are caused by the person going from a state of calm, to being a little nervous.
No polygram is 100% accurate, but after extensive testing, the DeFIBulator was shown to have a high accuracy rate. It can be connected to your cell or land line telephone to analyse conversation.

To establish a baseline of a specific human voice, the user asks the target person three yes or no questions which are recorded on the unit. Then proceed with your questions - then monitor the figure on the screen while asking questions. The greater the tension in the voice, the longer the 'nose and horns' displayed on the screen appear. The DeFIBulator is to be used for amusement only.
